Return Policy

To return an item, have questions or concerns about our return policy? Please contact us by email at wildfire.backroadbikerbabes@gmail.com 

We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom/personalized orders or international orders. 

Since this is a small business, most online and in-person sales are available to return for store credit only within 5 business days of delivery. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition. After we receive your returned item back and inspect its condition, if approved we will process your return for store credit. We reserve the right not to provide a store credit if the item is damaged.

Please Note, customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.  We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and appropriate insurance coverage when shipping items back to Backroad Biker Babes.  Please return back to

If you received the item and it is broken or damaged in transit, please document the damage and file an insurance claim with USPS. You will already have a copy of your receipt but will need to email us at wildfire.backroadbikerbabes@gmail.com to receive a copy of shipping receipt for proof of insurance.
